Remote Support
Whether you’ve got a quick question, want to learn how to use a feature in EzeScan, or need a problem resolved fast, our support team is ready to assist you remotely.
Remote support is usually provided while you're on the phone with us, or at a scheduled time that suits you. We use Splashtop SOS to securely connect to your computer and provide hands-on help. It’s fast, safe, and easy to use.

How Remote Support Works
- Get in Touch with EzeScan Support
Contact us via phone or through our help desk. Let us know what you're experiencing, and if remote access is needed, our support engineer will ask you to connect using Splashtop. - Start Your Remote Session
Visit https://my.splashtop.com/service_desk/call/lux7ypfcs16oz8q and download the installer, then enter your name and a brief description of your issue. - We Connect and Help You Out
Once you're connected, an EzeScan technician will join the session and begin troubleshooting. You’ll be able to watch everything in real time and retain full control of your device. When the session ends, our access is completely removed.
