Products
EzeScan PRO + Optional Modules is a powerful desktop batch scanning application. It allows for an unlimited number of workflows and the addition of all the optional modules in the EzeScan suite. Commonly purchased with optional modules like KFI (indexing, capture of metadata) and UPLOAD (save images+metadata into supported systems). EzeScan SERVER - The server-based solution, designed for automated scanning from a network scanner or multi-function device (MFD) that the EzeScan SERVER can then batch process, OCR to text searchable PDF and save to the network or upload to one of our supported EDRMS solutions. EzeScan LITE - A desktop batch scanning interface that provides scanning, QA and enhancement features to allow an operator to batch scan, OCR to text-searchable PDF and save to output folders. Licensing
EzeScan LITE and PRO can be purchased with either standalone (i.e named) workstation licensing or concurrent (i.e shared) workstation licensing options. Concurrent licensing requires the use of the EzeScan Authority Server to manage the allocation/de-allocation of available concurrent licenses.
EzeScan Server can currently only be licensed with standalone (i.e. named) workstation licensing.
