What does the Annual Software Maintenance cover?
- Annual Software Maintenance costs 20% of the product RRP per year.
- Minimum of 1 year must be purchased with the initial product purchase.
- It's renewed on a yearly basis, or it can be purchased as 1,2 or 3 years upfront.
- Upfront payment of yearly maintenance entitles the client to support.
- No support provided if Annual Software Maintenance has not been renewed and payment made.
- Support includes bug fixes and enhancement request to the purchased major version of EzeScan (e.g. 4.X).
- The implementation of enhancements is solely at Outback Imaging's discretion.
- Downloads provided at www.ezescan.com.au for minor version updates (e.g. 4.1) and patch updates (e,g, 4.1.89)

- Outback Imaging will respond to all support requests using email or VOIP telephone.
- Remote diagnosis will require the use of our www.gotomeeting.com meeting service. With your consent this allows us to remotely view and control your PC.
- From time to time Outback Imaging at its discretion will post new application versions if and when required on it's website.
- Normal support hours are 8.30am - 5.00 pm Australian Eastern Time, Mon - Fri, excluding public holidays.
- All support services are provided remotely, i.e. we are not at your site.
- Extended support options are available, please call for pricing.
- Onsite assistance is not covered as part of Annual Software Maintenance, but may be requested on a fee payment basis.
- Training is not covered as part of Annual Software Maintenance, but may be requested on a fee payment basis.
