What does the Annual Software Maintenance cover?
- Annual Software Maintenance costs 20% of the product RRP per year (1 year of support is mandatory with the initial product purchase). It's renewed on an annual basis, or it can be purchased as 1, 2 or 3 years upfront.
- Upfront payment of yearly maintenance entitles the client to support which includes patches, bug fixes, enhancements, phone, email and remote support.
Please Note: The implementation of enhancements is solely at Outback Imaging's discretion. Yearly maintenance also allows for licenses to be moved from one PC to another (one issue per year)
- Downloads are available from www.ezescan.com.au for major version updates (e.g. 4.2) and patch updates (e,g, 4.2.66)
- Outback Imaging will respond to all support requests using email or VoIP phone service.
- Remote diagnosis will require the use of our www.gotomeeting.com meeting service. With your consent, this allows us to remotely view and control your PC.
- No support is provided if Annual Software Maintenance has not been renewed and payment made.
- From time to time Outback Imaging at its discretion will post new application versions if and when required on the EzeScan website.
- All support services are provided remotely, i.e. we do not have to travel to your site.
- On-site assistance is not covered as part of Annual Software Maintenance, but may be requested on a fee payment basis.
- Training is not covered as part of Annual Software Maintenance, but may be requested on a fee payment basis.
