This page tells you what to do if you would like to obtain a license for EzeScan, or would like to change your current licensing. Licensing is per the terms of the EzeScan License Agreement . 

Please choose from one of the five choices below and follow the instructions given.

1. I have not bought EzeScan yet. I am trialling an evaluation version of Ezescan and require an evaluation license.

   1. who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
   2. where you obtained your evaluation copy of EzeScan from.
   3. what you are trying to use EzeScan to do.

   We will evaluate your request and email you a time-limited EzeScan LITE or EzeScan PRO evaluation license based on what you’ve told us. The evaluation software will stop working after a number of days, and you agree to stop using the software after the expiry date.

2. I have bought a copy of Ezescan. I’d like an evaluation EzeScan license to test the software because my production scanning PC is not operational yet.

   Send an email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it , telling us:

   1. who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
   2. which Ezescan Modules you bought
   3. which Reseller you bought them from.

   Once we have confirmed receipt of your order, we’ll email you a time-limited EzeScan evaluation license based on the modules you’ve purchased. The software will stop working after a number of days, and you agree to stop using the evaluation software after the expiry date.

3. I have bought a copy of Ezescan. I’d like a production license for my production scanning PC.

   Send an email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it , telling us

   1. who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
   2. the full computer name onto which Ezescan will be installed
   3. which Ezescan Modules you bought
   4. which Reseller you bought them from.

   Once we have confirmed receipt of your order, we’ll email you a production EzeScan license based on the modules you’ve purchased. Production licenses are not time-limited and do not expire.

4. I want to transfer my production EzeScan license to another PC.

   We allow you one license transfer per year at no cost (additional transfers wil incur a $250 admin fee and must be accompanied with a Purchase Order). Since this is a license transfer you agree to remove the software from your existing PC once the software has been installed and licensed on the new PC.

   1. who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
   2. which Reseller you bought EzeScan from
   3. the full computer name of the computer on which Ezescan is already installed
   4. the full computer name of the computer to which Ezescan will be transferred.

   Once we have confirmed your existing license, we’ll transfer the license from the old PC to the new PC and email you a new production license. Since this is a license transfer you agree to remove the software from your existing PC once the software has been installed and licensed on the new PC.
