EzeScan Server is designed for use with multi-function devices (MFDs). It converts scanned documents into a usable format and then routes them to your required destination.
When documents arrive, EzeScan Server can analyse a barcoded cover sheet or metadata information (supplied by the MFD) then route the document accordingly. EzeScan Server can use the KFI and UPLOAD modules to connect to its suite of supported EDRMS systems or can simply store the document in a network folder or send it via email.
