Below are the system placeholders in EzeScan. 

We have described each of these features below.

<<S1>> = Output file name (may not be used in base filename)

<<S2>> = Current user name (derived from either the windows login name, or local login name or LDAP login validation)

<<S3>> = Date in YYYMMDD format

<<S4>> = Time in hhmmss format

<<S5>> = Number of pages in the output document

<<S6>> = Input file name (only set if import folder is used)

<<S7>> = Input directory path (only set if import folder is used)

<<S8>> = Computer network hostname

<<S9>> = Current EzeScan job name

<<S10>> = Batch prefix (derived from the Admin->Options->Jobs tab->Generate Batch Identifiers->Prefix)

<<S11>> = Incrementing batch suffix (derived from the Admin->Options->Jobs tab   ->Generate Batch Identifiers->Incrementing Suffix)

<<S12>> = Batch prefix+ incrementing batch suffix (see above)

<<S13>> = Batch doc id (derived from the Job Admin->Profiling->Barcode Settings

Form->Restart Batch Doc Id)
 

<<S14>> = Incrementing document identifier (derived from the Admin->Options      ->Jobs tab->Generate Document Identifiers->Incrementing Value)

<<S15>> = Last profiled record id (derived from primary Upload when uploading to TRIM, Objective)

<<S16>> = User email address (derived from either Admin->>Options->Email form, Admin->Options->Security-> Local Login form, or LDAP Login Validation)
