EzeScan LITE and EzeScan PRO

• EzeScan LITE runs as a standalone scanning and indexing capture front end creating output files in the specified output directories.
• EzeScan PRO runs as a standalone scanning and indexing capture front end creating output files in the specified output directories. It's optional EDRMS module is integrated using toolkit API's with DOCSOpen, PowerDOCS, TRIM Captura 4.3 , TRIM Context 5.X, Xerox DocuShare 3.0.
• EzeScan LITE and Ezescan PRO include an inbuilt OCR engine. The fully integrated OCR engine allows you to full page OCR documents. The full page OCR text can be either be cut and pasted into other applications, copied to the clipboard, written into an ouput file, or inserted into an EDRMS system field for searching purposes.
• Images stored into an EDRMS system by EzeScan LITE or PRO are retrieved and viewed by the EDRMS systems native TIF viewer.
• EzeScan LITE and PRO requires an evaluation or production license. They can be licensed on a per seat basis. EzeScan PRO supports additional optional modules including BCR, EDRMS, KFI, MFD, OCR, ROUTING, UPLOAD described below.
• An optional 'Barcode Recognition' (BCR) option can be purchased for EzeScan PRO. This fully integrated BCR option allows you to use barcodes as document separators, generate output files as barcode_number.tif, or use the barcode number as a KFI index field value.
• An optional 'Electronic Document Record Management System' (EDRMS) option can be purchased for EzeScan PRO. This fully integrated EDRMS option adds output integration with either Hummingbird DOCSOpen 3.9.X, Hummingbird DOCSFusion 4.0/5.0, InterWoven WorkSite 8.X, Objective DM 6.3, Tower Software TRIM Captura 4.3, Tower Software TRIM Context 5.0, Xeroz DocuShare 2.2, Xerox DocuShare 3.0. Requires a fully licensed windows based EDRMS client also installed on the PC.
• An optional 'Intelligent Character Recognition' (ICR) option can be purchased for EzeScan PRO. This fully integrated ICR option allows you to use the ICR field value as a KFI index field value.
• An optional 'Key From Image' (KFI) option can be purchased for EzeScan PRO. This fully integrated KFI option allows capture of up to 10 indexes per document. An unlimited number of KFI job types can be configured.
• An optional 'Publishing' (PUBLISH) option can be purchase for EzeScan PRO. This fully integrated PUBLISH option lets you use the Annotation toolbar, and also includes page resizing and audit stamp tools.
• An optional 'Routing' (ROUTING) option can be purchased for EzeScan PRO. This fully integrated ROUTING option provides several automated routing options. Documents can be routed to any or all of 3 output destinations (directory, email, ftp) based on OCR rules matching of each documents contents.
• An optional 'Upload' (UPLOAD) option can be purchased for EzeScan. This fully integrated UPLOAD option provides an interactive or batched upload mechanism that allows KFI output files produced by EzeScan KFI to be imported into a Xerox DocuShare server.
